What should I do if the product is defective?

We place high demands on the quality of our animals. All our animals are checked during production, prior to delivery, through a strict quality control. Should there still be a defect in the animal, please contact our customer service immediately at: info@animal-riding.nl

How can I cancel the order?

The order may be revoked in writing (including by e-mail) within 14 days of delivery. In addition, the buyer may cancel the contract within 14 days of receipt of delivery, the goods ordered. Cancellation must be done in writing by letter or e- mail. Shipping costs for returning the order will not be refunded. Return should be made to: Animal Riding P.A. Drost transport, Spoorstraat 47-49, 4041CL Kesteren, The Netherlands Within the specified period , timely dispatch of the revocation / cancellation of the goods to Animal Riding. In case of cancellation / withdrawal you will receive a full or partial refund of the purchase price when all return conditions have been met as described in the conditions . The cost of returning the items is at the buyer's expense. The goods must be returned unused in new condition and in original packaging . Damage to the product or packaging may withhold refund from the total amount to be received back. The same applies if returned goods are missing accessories or parts .

How many animals can I order at the same time?

No more than 10 animals can be ordered at one time. Animal Riding reserves the right to limit the order quantity to a household quantity. For desired larger quantities, please contact info@animal-riding.nl

Who can order a product?

The possibility to order from the Animal Riding shop, requires a minimum age of 18 years. Persons who have not yet reached the age of 18 cannot make orders without the consent of their legal representative.

What are your prices and shipping costs?

Prices are in Euro (EUR) and include VAT. Animal Riding BV reserves the right to change prices. The prices do not include shipping costs , no shipping costs are charged for orders over € 100,- How can I pay? The purchase price can be paid by credit card (Mastercard , Visa), PayPal, iDeal or by bank transfer. Choose the desired payment method when ordering in the store.

What are your delivery times?

If the ordered goods are in stock, the product is tested by quality control and sent to you after approval the same working day. This way you will usually receive the goods within 1-2 working days. Outside the EU, longer delivery times may arise as a result of possible customs inspections.

How to order an Animal Riding product?

You place an order in the online store in your shopping cart. You can send this order online. When we receive this order, you will receive an e-mail confirming receipt of the order and the order confirmation.
